What are your fees? My fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $200.
Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and Zelle to karen@karengreenberglcsw.com.
Do you offer telehealth? Yes, I provide services in-person in Evanston, and by telehealth.
Do you offer a free consultation? Yes, I am happy to provide a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
Do you take insurance? I am out-of-network with all insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement directly from your insurer. I am happy to submit a courtesy bill on your behalf or provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt with coding for insurance).
A 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments (no-shows) are charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or sudden illness at my discretion; please communicate promptly.
